Our new associates have a mentor to guide them through the learning curve during the first six months of their new career. Champion's Mentor Program is FREE to the new agent. We also provide our experienced associates with access to monthly training in new technology, changes in the law or financing, selling new homes, and a full compliment of continuing education topics required for license renewal.
